    Au bout de 10 min environ, ajouter le poivron coupé en dés et continuer la cuisson.

    Finalement après 5 min, ajouter la pulpe de tomate, l'ail pressé, le thym et le laurier.
    Couvrir et laisser mijoter 20 min env.
