- Formez une boule, mettez dans un saladier, couvrez et laissez la pâte pousser.
- Farce:
- Chauffez une poêle ou un faitout ensuite mettez épinards, ail, assaisonnement et cuire à feu moyen à découvert jusqu'à ce qu'il est plus d'eau.
- Une fois la farce complètement refroidie on peut passer au façonnage ensuite à la cuisson.
- Divisez la pâte en 4 puis boulez.
- Etalez la première boule avec le rouleau à pâtisserie en forme de disque sur une épaisseur de 2 à 3 mm.
- Etalez 1 cs de fromage ensuite mettez sur la moitié 1 à 2 cs d'épinards puis couvrez avec l'autre moitié, soudez les bords en appuyant avec le pousse.
- Cuire sur une crêpière des deux côtés à feu moyen.
- Servez chauds ou tiède.
